There is no one who knows Salt Lake City real estate better than Dennis Woolston.
Dennis was born and raised in Salt Lake City and has lived in Sugarhouse, East Millcreek, Holladay and Cottonwood Heights. He attended Emerson and William Penn Elementary Schools, Olympus Junior and Wasatch Junior High Schools, Olympus and Skyline High Schools, and the University of Utah where he majored in marketing.
Dennis also completed a 2 year mission to Tennessee, Kentucky and West Virginia for his church and 6 years with the United States Army Reserve in the 395th Finance Unit at Fort Douglas where he rose to the rank of Staff Sargeant E-6.
In 1969 he married Donette Carver, and they now have 4 grown boys and 3 grandchildren.
He began a 15 year career with Albertson's at 15 years old as a bagger, and worked his way up to store director.
In 1979 Dennis decided to become a realtor so he could help people with some of their most important decisions of their lives - buying and selling their homes. With the training he had received in customer service in the grocery business and in finance from Uncle Sam and the University of Utah, he was very well qualified to make that huge leap. He didn't know that within the next 3 years interest rates would rise to 17% and the number of realtors in the Salt Lake Board would drop by 50%, but that market, along with the late 1980's market, would make him better equipped to handle any kind of market.
In 1985 Dennis obtained his broker's license and is currently the broker and owner of RealtyPro Access. After almost 30 years, Dennis is one of the top realtors in Salt Lake City, is highly respected by his peers, and has hundreds of happy buyers and sellers with whom he is in contact often. Dennis refers to himself as "The Golden Rule Realtor" because he treats his clients the way he would want to be treated, and he puts their needs ahead of his own. His motto is "When You Have a Realty Need, You Need a Realty Pro."
